Rate Increase
Please be aware that starting January 1, 2024, your monthly bill will increase to $133.34. If you are signed up for Autopay, this will take effect on the January 25, 2024 draft cycle.
Debt Service Fee - $125.00 per month (Fixed rate until bonds are paid off)
Monthly Operations Fee - $8.34 per month (Subject to change pending District Operational expenses)
Total - $133.34 per month
